Nellikai Thayir Pachadi | Amla Raita | Gooseberry Raita
Nellikai | Amla | Gooseberry is a super fruit and has been widely used in Ayurveda for its benefits. Today’s post is a raita with gooseberry. The raita is a bit tangy and  it goes well with any non-tangy mixed rice.

This recipe is ideal for diabetic & anemic patients. For best taste use a mortar and pestle to grind the Gooseberry paste.
Benefits
1.       High in Vitamin C
2.       Helps for hair growth.
3.       High in digestive fiber
4.       Cools the body
5.       Good for Diabetic Control
6.       Good for anemia
